The rights to trade as Mr. Electric was purchased from the Dwyer Group in 2015; however, this name was soon changed to Sunburst Electric in order to better reflect the sunny, positive approach to customer service that we represent. In 2023, we rebranded as Titan Electrical to represent our growth and impact on the industry.
The opportunity
Titan Electrical is a unique franchise opportunity that doesn't require physical premises. Instead, you'll need a panel van and an electrician. If you're not an electrician yourself, we can assist in recruiting one for you. We specifically require an electrician with a 3-phase wireman's license. As a franchisee, you can request a specific area or zone to operate in, and as your business grows, you can expand by adding additional areas or zones to your portfolio.
The call center at Infinity Brands will allocate service calls directly to your designated area or zone.
The franchisee will receive comprehensive training on all systems used. We provide support in marketing, operations, accounting, and HR. Additionally, we offer a service level agreement to assist with accounting and HR functions. A franchisee will need to register a company and open a bank account specifically for Titan Electrical.
Benefits of being a franchisee
With the initial onboarding, the new franchisee (both electrician and owner) will receive a full week's training on all systems. This includes participating in a boot camp with a drive-along in a van to get a feel for a typical day's work. The franchisee will also receive an operations manual. The operations team will guide and assist the franchisee weekly with reports and the overall functions of running the franchise. It is highly advisable that the franchisee signs the SLA on accounts and HR, as this will help them learn and manage these aspects effectively. Further training can always be scheduled as needed.
